Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges. If you have concerns about treatment cost or payment, please discuss this with your veterinarian or technician during your appointment.

As you likely know, credit card carriers charge businesses processing fees when transacting credit/debit card payments from customers. Historically, our clinic has absorbed 100% of credit/debit card processing fees. We now add a 3% credit card processing fee for all CREDIT card payment transactions. We will continue to monitor state regulations and policies relating to these processing fees and inform you of any changes. No processing fees will be charged for customer payments made using cash, debit card, CareCredit, Scratchpay, or Cherry Payment Plans. We will not profit from these charges.

Trupanion: We recommend that pet owners sign up for pet insurance. Pet insurance helps to ensure that your pet receives the care they need, when they need it. Most often, we recommend Trupanion to our clients.
